Real Estate Sales and Appraisal
I have 20 years of Commercial and Residential Real Estate Sales and Appraisal experience. I have had exposure to many types of properties, ranging from a proposed subdivision, to shopping centers and other types of income producing properties.
Education
I have successfully completed in sequence through Capitalization- Part B the coursework offered by the Appraisal Institute. I have also had the benefit of attending Federal National Mortgage Association seminars on topics including appraisal guidelines and underwriting practices. I was awarded a B.A. and a Masters degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. I was a certified teacher for ten years, before entering real estate and business brokerage.
